Every cat owner has a story of their cat licking them or biting them, if you are one of them then you might have felt bad, because it is not a normal thing for a cat to do. But when it comes to our cats they don’t have any reason to do so, and they don’t mean any harm. So, what makes our cats do this?

There are many reasons behind this behavior. If your cat licks you then it means that he is in need of attention, and this can be due to your absence at home. When a cat feels lonely and left alone, he might feel insecure about his safety and security. He might feel that you aren’t there to protect him from the outside world and he needs to lick you.

Sometimes your cat might lick you because of the smell of your clothes or your perfume. If you are wearing a perfume that is very strong then it will make your cat very sensitive and he might lick you because of the scent of the perfume.

If your cat licks you then it is because of the scent of your clothes. If you want to stop this then you have to remove the scent of your clothes.

You Can Use Any Of These Methods:

1. Shower before going out.

2. Use an anti-perspirant.

3. Wash your clothes regularly.
